The Home Development Package is for when you need more space. You may not want to move because of the cost and disruption, so often the best option is to extend or convert the loft. We can help you with design and get all the permissions you need. Alternatively, you may be planning to build a completely new house. We have provided designs for individual new houses of all shapes and sizes up to 1100 square metres.

The Home Remedial Package is designed to deal with that dreaded moment when you see a crack in a wall or some other major problem. With minimal fuss, we will make our inspection and prepare a report with suggested remedial action. If you are in the process of buying the property, this should help you with the decision to buy or negotiate. If your insurer has turned down a claim, it could help change their view.
